Produced and released 23 episodes which accumulated 3,477 total listens in 2025. Topics included current International & National events, new initiatives/rule changes, advice around competition & travel and much more. High-profile guests became a key feature, providing elite perspectives and giving a platform to leading figures within the sport.
World Karate Cast
Launched a new podcast collaboration with the World Karate Federation on the WKF YouTube channel. Covering updates from the international circuit and interviewing world-class athletes, this initiative strengthened engagement between Australian audiences and the global stage.
Events
WKF Official Media Team
Four members of the Kaizen Culture media team were selected to serve in an official capacity at WKF events throughout the year. Events included the Karate1 Premier League (Hangzhou, Cairo, Rabat & Grand Winner Gala) and the Senior World Championships (Cairo), supporting the federation’s media operations and nurturing a strong relationship with our world organisation.
KC Training Camp
Facilitated a Senior Team training camp for Australian athletes registered for the Series A in Malaysia. Focusing on both kata and kumite, the camp integrated Australian National coaches attending the event to strengthen preparation, cohesion and performance alignment.
KC Super Seminar
Facilitated the second edition of the KC Super Seminar, recording a 165% increase in attendance from 2024. This initiative continues to support the next generation of aspiring athletes while providing Australia’s leading senior competitors a platform to mentor and give back.
Australian Open, National Championships, Series A Malaysia & Senior World Championships
Across major domestic and international events, we continued delivering personalised photography and videography packages to capture athlete experiences and support personal brand development. Our presence ensured athletes and families could relive key competitive moments while strengthening community engagement.

Designed and produced the 2026 Wall Calendar mapping every major WKF, Karate Australia and State Association competition for the year ahead. Highlighting Senior World Championships athletes, this edition continues to promote inspiration and idolisation for aspiring competitors.
